河南省儿童医院郑州儿童医院始建于1960年，是河南省一所三级甲等儿童医院，拥有东区医院、东三街医院、康复医院和西区医院四个院区，“一体三区四院”集团化发展。2016年医院更名郑州儿童医院，2017年成为河南省政府确立的国家儿童区域医疗中心建设主体单位，挂牌“河南省儿童医院、郑州大学附属儿童医院、北京儿童医院郑州医院”。2019年底被确立为首批国家区域医疗中心建设试点单位，获批河南省儿童医学中心。

Henan (Zhengzhou) Children's Hospital, established in 1960, is a 3A pediatric hospital with 4 facilities (East Zone Hospital, Dongsanjie Hospital, West Zone Hospital, Rehabilitation Hospital) and develops toward collectivization of“1 Hospital， 3 Zones，4 Facilities”. In 2016, The Hospital changed its name to Zhengzhou Children's Hospital. In 2017, it was approved as the main construction unit of National Children's Regional Medical Center by Henan Provincial Government and was listed with Henan Children's Hospital, Children's Hospital Affiliated of Zhengzhou University, Zhengzhou Hospital, Beijing Children's Hospital. By the end of 2019, it was assigned as one of the first pilot construction units of National Regional Medical Centers and Henan Children's Medical Center.

医院现有职工3156人，其中博士30人，硕士608人、硕士生导师16人、高级职称244人。医院开放床位2200张，年门急诊量224.40万人次，出院病人10.40万人次，手术量2.21万台次，120转诊危重症病人3571人次，郑州市域外就医患儿占医院业务量的约70%。获批国家互联互通“四级甲等”医院、国家电子病历五级医院。是福棠儿童医学发展研究中心副理事长单位、河南省医院协会儿童医院（科）分会主任委员单位、河南儿科医疗联盟理事长单位（成员单位199家），牵头组建河南省儿童三级急救网络，持续弘扬“河南儿科是一家”理念，合作共赢、错位发展，构筑国家、省、市、县四级儿科医疗服务体系，让儿科优质医疗资源下沉到基层一线，为河南省布局建设四级儿科中心（国家区域医疗中心、省级医学中心、省级区域医疗中心、县域医疗中心）积极发挥“指挥棒”作用。

A total of 3156 individuals work in Henan (Zhengzhou) Children’s Hospital, among them are 30 with PhDs, 608 with master degrees, 16 masters’ advisers and 244 with senior professional titles. It possesses 2,200 registered beds, receives an average of 2.244 million outpatient and emergency visits, 104,000 inpatients, 3571  critical referral patients and performs 22,100 operations per year. 70% of these patients are from the areas outside of Zhengzhou city. The Hospital was approved as the National Interconnection 4A Hospital and National Medical Record Class 5 Hospital. Meanwhile, it is also the deputy chairman unit of Futang Research Center of Pediatric Development, the chairman unit of the Children's Hospital (Department) Branch of Henan Hospital Association, the chairman unit of Henan Pediatric Medical Alliance (199 member units) and leads in setting up a tertiary first aid network for children in Henan province. It continues to carry forward the concept of “Henan Pediatrics is A Family”, “Win-Win Cooperation”and“Dislocation Development”to push forward the national, provincial, municipal and county level pediatric medical service system establishment which maintains the quality medical resources in the primary institutions. Henan (Zhengzhou) Children's Hospital has been giving full play to its leading position in the plan and construction work of Henan Pediatric Centers (National Regional Medical Center, Provincial Medical Center, Provincial Regional Medical Center, County Medical Center) .

医院拥有省市医学重点(培育)学科20个，儿科临床诊疗中心11个，省市重点实验室13个。是首批全国儿童血液病定点医院，全国罕见病诊疗协作网成员单位，国家卫生健康委儿童脑死亡判定质控合格医院，河南省手足口病重症病例救治定点医院、河南省儿童白血病、恶性肿瘤定点收治医院，河南省、郑州市新冠肺炎定点救治医院。获批河南省儿童急救中心、河南省儿童危重症转运中心、河南省儿童公共卫生医疗救治培训中心、河南省残疾儿童康复中心、河南省儿童医学国际合作中心等。

Henan (Zhengzhou) Children's Hospital boasts a strong technical force. It owns 20 provincial and municipal key disciplines, 11 pediatric clinical centers and 13 provincial and municipal key laboratories. It is one of the first batch designated hospitals for national children's blood disease, the network member hospital for   diagnosing and treating rare disease , the children’s brain death quality control qualified hospital approved by National Health Commission, the designated hospital for critical cases of hand, foot and mouth disease, the designated hospital for leukemia and malignant tumors, the designated hospital for treatment of COVID-19 in Zhengzhou. The Hospital was assigned as Henan Province Children's Emergency Center, Henan Province Children Critical Care Referral Center, Henan Province Children's Public Health Medical Treatment Training Center, Henan Province Disabled Children's Rehabilitation Center, Henan Province International Cooperation Center for Children’s Medicine, etc..

医院享受政府特殊津贴专家3人，省市学术技术带头人19人，国家级学会任职487人。引进国内外知名学科团队17个，柔性引进高端人才8人。是国家住院医师规范化培训基地、中华医学会麻醉学分会小儿麻醉培训基地、河南省儿童疾病防治院士工作站、河南省博士后研发基地等，获批国际继续教育组织中国基地、美国心脏协会心血管急救中心、美国儿科学会中国教育基地，与美国卢里芝加哥儿童医院、瑞典哥德堡大学等60余家国内外医疗机构或大学院校长期合作。近五年，共完成科研立项215项，其中国家级、省部级41项；科研获奖51项；发表论文4879篇，其中SCI论文168篇，在四大顶尖医学期刊《JAMA》《BMJ》发表论文3篇，影响因子最高51.273分。

The Hospital has 3 experts receiving the special allowances from the government, 19 provincial and municipal academic and technical leaders and 487 individuals holding positions in national level academic associations and has introduced 17 domestic and overseas well-known discipline teams, 8 high-level talents. It is home to National Pediatric Collaborative Resident Standardization Training Base, the Chinese Medical Association Society of Anesthesiology Chapter of Pediatric Anesthesia Training Base, Henan Province Academician Workstation of Children's Disease Prevention, Henan Province Postdoctoral Research and Development Base, China Zhengzhou IPOKRaTES Educational Base, American Heart Association Emergency Cardiovascular Care Training Center and American Academy of Pediatrics China Education Center. The Hospital not only enjoys reputation at home, but also well regarded in the international pediatric community. It has established long-term cooperative relationship with more than 60 domestic and foreign medical institutions or universities like Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago and University of Gothenburg. Over the last 5 years, 215 scientific research projects have been completed, 41 of these are national or provincial levels, 51 scientific research awards have been gained, 4,879 papers (including 168 SCI journal articles) have been published, 3 of the papers with the maximum impact factor 51.273 were published in JAMA and BMJ, the top 4 medical journals in the world.

获批国家先天性结构畸形救助项目定点医院、中国红十字基金会小天使基金、天使阳光基金定点医院、中残联贫困聋儿人工耳蜗手术治定点医院、河南省残联肢体残疾儿童矫治手术定点医院、河南省农村儿童大病救治定点医院等。

The Hospital has been approved as the designated hospital for the national congenital structural deformity relief program, the designated hospital for Little Angels Fund and Angel Sunshine Fund of Chinese Red Cross Foundation, the designated hospital for cochlear implant operations for poor deaf children under China Disabled Persons Federation, the designated hospital for the treatment of orthopedics surgery for disabled children by Henan Disabled People's Federation and the designated hospital for serious disease treatment for Henan rural children.
